 2 cup Cream, heavy
 1 cup Brewed Coffee
 1 cup All purpose Cream
 0.5 cup Sugar, granulated
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 1 tsp glycerin
 3 tbsp Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Using the Breville stand mixer, whipp heavy cream, vanilla extract, glycerin, all purpose cream and sugar until it forms stiff peaks.

Pour room temperature brewed coffee, semi sweet chocolate chips and gently fold it together until everything is well-combined.

Transfer the mixture to container and freeze for 8 hours. Serve when the ice cream sets.
