Simple sweetness in a cup. It’s easy to craft the popular and delectable Italian dessert, Tiramisu, at home. Let’s make it more Pinoy and use locally-made biscuits (broas) and homegrown coffee.

Using leftover brewed coffee from Breville Precision Brewer, mix 2 tbsp of sugar into the coffee.
Pour the brewed coffee into the broas and let it soak for 2 mins.
Using the Breville stand mixer, whip the chilled all-purpose cream for 2 mins.
Gently fold in room temperature cream cheese, vanilla extract, and condensed milk. Mix until well combined and smooth.
In a cup, place the soaked broas into the bottom of the cup, break into pieces as needed so they fit in the cup.
Add a layer of cream, then break another soaked broas and arrange over the cream.
Add another layer of cream, arrange another layer of soaked broas, and add the last cream layer until the top of the cup.
Dust with cocoa powder and chill for at least 2 hours.
Once chilled serve and enjoy.
