
Preheat the Breville Smart oven™ to 180 C.
Combine the garlic, duck fat and breadcrumbs. Place it in the baking pan and into the oven.
Slowly cook the crumbs until golden brown and crispy. Once ready add the parsley and set aside.
Using the sear/sauté function of Breville Multi Chef™ , render the guanciale.
Saute the onion, garlic, celery, carrots, longganisa. Add the tomatoes,white beans, bouquet garni, beef jus and simmer.
Season it with salt and pepper as desired.
Add the banana and let it simmer.
Place it in a deep plate and top with the gremolata. Serve and enjoy!
