 150 g Salmon, smoked
 4 piece Classic White Bread for Sandwiches and toasting
 120 g Cheese, Cream
 8 g Parsley
 1.5 ml Juice, Lemon
 3 tbsp Olive oil
 0 Lemon, zest
 0 pickled red onion

Using a round small cookie cutter, cut the bread into small round shapes. (you can use the left over bread for croutons, soup thickeners or as bread crumbs)

Brush with olive oil and season with salt.

Toast the bread using the Breville Oven for 3-4 mins.

In a bowl combine cream cheese, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt and lemon zest. Mix until well incorporated.

Once the bread is toasted golden color, spread generously the cream cheese mixture.

Top it off with slice smoked salmon and finish it off with pickled red onions and parsley. Enjoy!
