 200 g Vegetable, Potato Marble
 200 g Fruits, Avocado
 2 piece Eggs, raw
 60 ml Oil, Olive Regular
 7 g Sea Salt
 3 g Spice, Black Pepper Crushed
 4 g Vegetable, Garlic Peeled

Using the Breville kinetix pro blender process the egg and garlic, gradually adding the olive oil. process until emulsified.

In a pre-heated Breville smart oven pro, roast sliced marble potatoes and beets (drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper) for 15 mins.

In a bowl combine Roasted potato marbles, beets, hard boiled quail eggs and fresh sliced avocados with homemade mayonnaise.

Chill until ready to serve.
