 200 g Potato
 60 ml Olive oil
 60 g red onions, thinly sliced
 30 g Butter, unsalted
 2 g Sea Salt
 2 g white pepper
 3 g sweet paprika, ground

Boil your potatoes until tender in lightly salted water , strain and allow to steam dry.

Preheat the Smart Oven Air Fryer to 160 deg C.

Cut your potatoes into 1 inch thickness and place on your breville baking tray

Season by adding the olive oil, butter, thinly-sliced red onions, sweet paprika, salt and pepper.

Bake in the oven until lightly golden and tender.
