 500 g Pork ribs, sinigang cut
 10 piece Sampaloc fruit, green
 5 cup Water
 1 piece Red Onions
 2 piece Red tomatoes
 5 piece Okra
 2 cup Kangkong leaves
 6 piece Stringed Beans
 1 piece Raddish, white
 2 piece Siling Haba
 3 tbsp Fish sauce
 1 tsp Sea Salt
 0.5 tsp Black Pepper Crushed

Start by prepping the Mise en place. Wash all of the ingredients throughly. Cut the red onions,tomatoes and okra into quarters. Slice the raddish into 1/2 inch and slice the stringed beans into 2 1/2 inches.

Using the Breville Multicooker, boil the pork into 5 cups of water. Skim the floating scum out till clear and continue boiling for 5 minutes.

Add in the onion, tomatoes, fish sauce,and bring to a boil for 20 mins or until the pork is tender. Add a cup of water as needed.

Add the vegetables into the pot then adjust the heat into low then simmer till half cooked and take them out to set aside.

Add in the sampalok and strain juice when soft. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt to taste.

Once cooked, serve in a bowl with the cooked vegetables on top.
