 1 kg Pork, Belly
 3 piece Garlic clove
 3 piece Bay leaf
 0.25 cup Vinegar, white
 0.5 cup Soy sauce
 2 cup Water, warm
 1 tsp Sea Salt
 4 cup White Rice, cooked
 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
 1 piece Chayote
 1 tbsp Peppercorns

Marinate pork belly with soy sauce and garlic for at least 1 hour.

Using the Breville multi-cooker in saute and sear function, add oil and sear the marinated pork belly for a few minutes. Pour remaining marinade including garlic.

Add water, peppercorn, dried bay leaves and vinegar then bring to a boil for a minute uncovered.

Then Simmer for 40 minutes to 1 hour till pork is just about tender.

Add in the cubed sayote and for another cook for another 5 minutes. Serve with hot rice.
