 0.25 kg Squash, local
 2 piece Eggplant
 4 piece Okra
 1 piece Bitter Melon (Ampalaya)
 250 g Seafood, Shrimp
 2 tsp Shrimp paste
 10 g Black Pepper Crushed
 1 piece Ginger, thumb
 1 piece Ripe Tomato
 1 piece Red Onions
 4 piece Garlic clove

For the veggies: cut the ampalaya into thin slices, squash into chunks, okra in halves, eggplant cut into 1/2" round cuts. Tomatoes cut into quarters. Mince onion, garlic, and ginger.

Using the Breville multi-cooker, sauté onion, garlic in a pan, then add ginger and continue to cook until the onion softens.

Add peeled shrimp. and saute for 1 minute.

Pour 1 cup of water and add tomatoes and bagoong alamang. Boil in medium high heat, cover for 5 minutes.

Put the squash nto the pot. Cook for 3 minutes then add okra, ampalaya, and eggplant . Stir and cover the pot to cook for 5 minutes.

Season with ground black pepper and cook for another minute. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with steamed rice, enjoy.
