 1.5 cups All Purpose Flour
 3.5 tsp Baking Powder
 0.5 tsp Sea Salt
 1 tbsp Sugar, refined
 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
 1 piece Eggs, raw
 1.25 cups Full Cream Milk
Garnish
 Strawberry
 Maple syrup

Using the Breville Blender, combine all of the ingredients and press the " MIX" function. Process until well combined.

In a n oiled non-stick pan, transfer the pancake batter and cook over low heat. Flip the pancake when the bubbles appear.

Once cooked transfer the pancakes into a plate and garnish with sliced fresh strawberries and drizzle with maple syrup. Enjoy!
