
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
Transfer the egg whites into the Breville Blender jug, add a teaspoon of white sugar and blend until it reached stiff peaks.
In a separate bowl, mix egg yolks with paprika powder, ground black pepper and salt.
Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the aerated egg whites until well combined.
In a preheated non-stick pan, brush butter and cook the omelette in low heat.
Once cooked, transfer the omelette into a plate and garnish with grated cheddar cheese and chopped parsley. Enjoy!
