 2 piece Ripe Mango
 4 piece pandan leaves
 3 piece black tea bags
 3 tbsp Honey
 4 cup Water
 Ice cubes

Using the Breville Compact Kettle, boil 4 cups of water and transfer into a glass pitcher.

Steep the black tea bags and washed pandan leaves into the ptcher with hot water for 10 mins.

Scrape off the meat from the mango and purée it into the Breville blender until smooth. Set aside.

Take off the tea bags and pandan leaves in the pitcher and add honey, mix until well incorporated.

Transfer the puréed mango into glasses, add ice and pour the pandan tea. Serve and enjoy.
