This juice is the one that would definitely be added to the list of your Ultimate Summer Favorites.

 1 piece whole summer squash (seeds removed, cut into chunks)
 4 piece green tea bag
 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
 1 cup Ice cubes
 400 ml Water

Using your Breville Kettle, bring about 400 ml of water to a boil.

In a jug, combine the teabags with the sugar. Add in the boiling water enough to make a tea syrup, and leave to steep for about 5 minutes.

Using your Breville juicer, juice the pumpkins, skin and all until you extract a creamy juice.

Allow the tea to cool with a few cubes of ice.

Fill a glass with ice, and fill about a third of the way with tea syrup. Top off the glass with pumpkin juice or pumpkin ‘milk’ until full. Serve and enjoy!
