
Use leftover juice pulp as the main ingredient of the salad. (Preferably any juice with green papaya)
Thinly slice the carrots (julienne cut) and the red onions to give texture to the salad.
Combine juice pulp and sliced veggies. Set aside.
For the dressing, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, miced garlic, minced chillis, sugar and sesame seeds until well incorporated.
Toss in the dressing into the salad. garnish it with chopped cilantro leaves, sesame seeds. (you can add nuts optional)
