 200 g Wonton wrapper
 300 g pork kasim, cubed and chilled
 1 piece red onions, minced
 1 piece Carrot
 3 piece garlic clove, minced
 30 g Vegetable, Onion Chives
 20 g cilantro leaves (Wansoy)
 1 piece Eggs, raw
 1 tbsp Sesame oil
 36 g Oyster sauce
 1 tsp Sea Salt
 0.3 tsp Black Pepper Crushed

Prepare the mis en place by mincing the carrots, onions, garlic, wansoy and green onions.

Using the Breville Blender, process the chilled pork cubes until it breaks down into a ground meat.

In a bowl mix together the ground meat and minced veggies and add oyster sauce, egg, sesame oil, salt and pepper.

Using a ice cream scooper, scoop the meat and form it into a ball. Fill each of the wonton wrappers with the meat ball.

Steam the dumplings in a steamer for 15-20 mins. Serve with garlic chili sauce and enjoy.
