 30 g Magnolia Gold butter
 150 g white onion, finely chopped
 10 g garlic, minced
 425 g corn kernels, canned
 200 g Jamon de Bola
 750 ml chicken stock
 60 ml heavy cream, chilled
 80 g Edam Cheese (Queso de Bola)
 0.5 g Sea Salt
 1 g Black Pepper Crushed
 30 ml Olive oil (Doña Elena)
 300 g battard bread
 For the Gremolata:
 60 g Parsley
 10 g garlic, minced
 2 g Lemon, zest
 60 ml Olive oil (Doña Elena)

1. Prepare Ingredients

Small dice all vegetables, measure out the ingredients, and keep them ready. Slice the ham into bits. In a pot, boil the potatoes until tender, then set aside.

2. Cook The Veggies

Using the Breville Oven, place the onions, garlic cloves, boiled potatoes, corn kernels, and sliced ham on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and roast for 12 minutes at 180°C.

3. Make the Gremolata

While the veggies are roasting in the Breville Oven, make the gremolata using the Breville Q Blender. Blend together fresh parsley, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, and sea salt until smooth.

4. Blend Soup

Once the veggies are roasted, take half of the roasted ingredients and set them aside. Place the other half of the roasted veggies into the Breville Q Blender. Pour in the chicken stock and chilled heavy cream, then add the cubed butter and 1 teaspoon of the prepared gremolata. Select the "Soup" function and blend until the process is complete and the soup is smooth.

5. Season and Final Touches

Place the half of the roasted veggies into a bowl. Pour in the soup, top it off the sliced hambits, potatoes, corn kernels and shredded queso de bola.
