For the marinade:
 1 Thin Crust Pizza (please refer to the sub recipe)
 1 pc Red Bellpepper, seeded, grilled
 1 pc green bellpepper, seeded, grilled
 1 pc onion, cut into rings, grilled
 ½ cup hummus
 5 pcs black olives, pitted
 feta cheese, as needed
For the Hummus:
 2 cups chickpeas, canned, drained, liquid reserved
 ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
 2 cloves of garlic
For the  seasoning:
 Salt & pepper to taste
 1 tsp Lemon juice
 ¼ tsp Paprika

To make the Hummus:

Using the Breville Kinetix Pro Blender™, process the boiled chickpeas mixture until smooth. Note: If the mixture is too dry, you can add a bit more of olive oil.

Season to taste.

Add some lemon juice and paprika.

Mix and serve as desired.

Preheat the Breville Smart Oven Pro™ "Pizza" setting.

Spread a good spoonful of hummus into the pizza crust (sub-recipe) and top with the grilled vegetables and cheese.

Place the pizza into the pizza rack. Cook until for 10 mins. When done drizzle with olive oil. and enjoy.

Enjoy your Hummus in 6 different ways – as a dip, as a spread for your bruschetta, as a part your pasta, as a dressing for your salad, as a flavor enhancer to your mashed potato or even as your pizza sauce.

* Add 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, and 2 teaspoons of sesame oil to the mixing bowl full of ingredients. Mix all together by hand.
* Add the egg garnish and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds. Mix it and transfer it to a large plate and serve.
