 1 piece menthol candy
 180 ml strawberry milk
 92 g Chocolate, dark
 2 Serving Espresso Shot
 20 ml soju
 steamed milk
 Ice cubes

Place dark chocolate and menthol candy into the Breville blender jug.

Process using the Chop function. Set aside a little amount of the mixture for toppings.

Grind the coffee beans using the Breville grinder.

Using the Breville espresso machine, extract 2 shots of espresso and pour them into the blender jug.

Add the soju, ice, and strawberry milk. Then process using the Liquify function.

Steam the milk using the steamer attachment to create foam.

Pour the blended drink into the glass.

Top with milk foam and garnish with dark chocolate menthol candy mixture.
