For the Croquette:
 500 g tuna, yellow fin
 20 g spring onions
 2 tsp mustard
 2 pcs eggs beaten
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 Dill (optional)
For Breading:
 1 pc egg
 seasoned flour as needed
 ¾ cup breadcrumbs
For the sauce:
 100 g Ketchup
 100 g Mayonnaise
 Worcestershire to taste
 Lemon Juice to taste
 5 g Spring Onion , chopped
 2 g Dill, chopped

Using the Breville Kinetix Pro Blender, place the tuna, spring onions, mustard, eggs, lemon juice, & breadcrumbs

Add some dill and season with salt and pepper.

Mold into small cakes and bread the cakes – dredge with seasoned flour, dip it in eggs and coat with panko.

Using the Breville Multichef "Sauté/sear function pan fry the cakes until golden brown. Place it in a cooling rack.

To make the sauce – combine all the ingredients and season with salt & pepper.

Serve the fish cakes with the cocktail sauce on the side.
