 1.5 cup All Purpose Flour
 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
 115 g Butter
 0.5 tsp Salt, Iodized
 0.5 cup Sugar, refined
 2 tsp Vanilla extract
 0.5 cup Full Cream Milk
 2 piece Eggs, raw
 225 g Cream Cheese
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 0.5 tsp Food coloring, red
 0.5 tsp food coloring blue
 2 tbsp assorted candy sprinkles
 1 tsp gold dragees

Pre-heat Breville Oven to 175 Deg . Line muffin tin with cupcake liners. (in this recipe we used cupcake cups)

In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.

Using the Breville Stand Mixer fitted with scraper beater attachment, beat together butter and sugar set on creaming/beating function ( about 3 mins).

Using the extra bowl of the Breville Stand mixer, beat eggs one at a time. Add vanilla extract and beat until combined.

With the mixer on low speed, add half of the dry ingredients and beat until just combined. Add milk and mix until well incorporated.

Add the other half of the dry ingredients and beat slowly until well incorporated. Do not overmix.

Divide batter evenly between cups, filling them about 3/4 full. Bake for 20 mins. Onced baked, allow cupcakes to sit for 10 mins and allow it to cool.

For the creamcheese frosting: Using the Breville Stand Mixer, beat the room temp cream cheese together with icing sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and well incorporated.

Divide the creamcheese frosting into two, for the first batch add red food coloring and mix until well combined. Same with the 2nd batch, add blue food coloring and mix until well combined. Transfer the frosting into piping bags.

Once the cupcakes have cooled down, pipe the cream cheese frosting and granish with candy sprinkles and dragees. Enjoy!
