Cream is the main ingredient in Panna Cotta, a popular Italian dessert known for its light taste and delicate texture. For a deeper flavor, we infused espresso to balance out the sweetness in this easy-to-make dessert.

For the Panna Cotta
 2 tsp powdered gelatine
 2 tbsp full cream milk
 1 heavy cream
 ¾ cup condensed milk
 1 full cream milk, extra
 1 tsp vanilla syrup
For the Espresso Jelly:
 1 espresso shot
 1 refined sugar
 2 tsp powdered gelatine
 1 tbsp water
For Homemade Whipped Cream:
 200 ml whipping cream
 1 tbsp powdered sugar
To make Panna Cotta:

In a small bowl, pour powdered gelatine. Combine with full cream milk, stir and allow to stand for 2-3 minutes until gelatine has dissolved.

By using the Breville Multi Chef™, combine heavy cream, condensed milk, extra full cream milk, and vanilla in a pot. Bring to a boil.

Remove mixture from the heat then add gelatine mixture. Whisk until well-combined. Set aside to cool.

Pour into bodum glasses or any preferred container and refrigerate for 5 hours.

To make Espresso Jelly:

Combine espresso, sugar, water in the Multi Chef’s inner pot. Bring to a boil until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.

Stir in gelatine powder into the mixture. Mix well.

Pour mixture on top of cooled Panna Cotta.

For a perfect result, refrigerate overnight.

Before serving, top with a dollop of whipped cream then sprinkle with powdered cocoa. Enjoy!

To make Homemade Whipped Cream:

Combine whipping cream and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl.
