 1 piece Dough Pizza 10 Inch
 150 g Tomato, canned
 2 piece Garlic clove
 30 g Basil
 40 g Vegetable, Spinach Bagged
 100 g Cheese, Cheddar Block
 2 piece Eggs, raw
 5 g Oregano, dried
 1 piece Red Onions

For the sauce: In sauce pan, drizzle olive oil once hot add minced red onions cook for 1 min then sauté minced garlic and cook for 2 mins. Add the canned tomatoes, dried oregano and chiffonade basil leaves, simmer in low heat for 10 mins. Season with salt and pepper.

Once tomato sauce is cooked. spread it into a 10 inch pizza crust (see separate recipe). Break the 2 eggs in pizza and top it with spinach leaves and grated cheddar cheese.

Pop the pizza in a pre-heated Breville Smart Oven Pro (200 Deg C) and cook it for 10 mins. Enjoy it with your favorite hot sauce.
