 1 cup Full Cream Milk
 1 cup Ice cubes
 2 tbsp matcha powder
 2 tbsp caster sugar
 1 tbsp Hot Water
 0.5 cup Whipping Cream

Using the Breville kettle, boil water and mix 1 tbsp of hot water to 2 tbsp matcha powder. Let it sit for 10 mins or until it reaches room temperature.

Whip the whipping cream using the Breville stand mixer with the wire whisk attached.

Add in the caster sugar, matcha mixture, and continue to whip on high until all of the matcha is combined and everything is smooth and creamy. Be careful not to over whip or everything will get runny.

Place some ice cubes into your desired glass. Pour in your milk of choice and top with the whipped matcha. Feel free to sprinkle on some matcha powder if desired, stir together and enjoy!
