 1 kg Flour, Bread
 200 g Sugar, white
 12 g Salt, Iodized
 15 g Instant Yeast
 50 g Dry Item, Milk Powder
 100 g Shortening
 100 g Egg
 0.5 l Water
 220 g corned beef, cooked
 0 n/a Cheese, Slice Cheddar

Add the following bread flour, white sugar, salt, instant yeast, milk powder, shortening, whole egg and water into the Breville Bakery Boss mixing bowl.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes or until the dough is well-formed

Divide the dough equally.

Add corned beef and cheese in the dough and form a ball shape.

Using the Breville Oven, bake at 180c for 30-40minutes.

Once baked, serve and enjoy!
