Using leftover brewed coffee from the Breville Precision Brewer, separate 2 tbsp of brewed coffee.

Pre-heat Breville Oven to 200 Deg C. Line up the bacon in a baking pan with wax paper.

Place the bacon in the prepared baking pan. Place it in the Breville oven and cook for 15 mins or until crispy.

In a saucepan combine brewed coffee and brown sugar until it thickens like syrup (5 mins medium-high heat).

Once the bacon is cooked and crispy brush it with the espresso-brown sugar glaze. Serve.
