
Using the Sear/Saute function of the Breville Multi Chef™, bring the water to a boil. Add the butter, sugar , salt and cinnamon and stir to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
Transfer the mixture to the Breville Scraper Mixer Pro™ and attach the Scraper Beater. Set the machine to folding and slowly add the flour into the mixture until well incorporated.
Add the eggs, one at a time, making sure it has been well combined and slowly add the vanilla extract.
Place it in a piping bag with a star tip and chill to set aside.
Heat the oil for deep fryng using the Sear/Saute function of the Breville Multi Chef ™ and pipe 4” of dough into the oil and deep fry for about 2-3 mins.
Change the function to slow cook high and let it cook for 10 more minutes. Set aside.
Serve with some freshly made chocolate sauce.
