 6 piece Eggs, raw
 43 g Flour, All Purpose
 100 g Cheese, Cheddar Block
 50 g Cheese, Parmesan
 30 g Vegetable, Spinach Bagged
 60 g Vegetable, Salad Tomato
 15 g Herb, Parsley
 10 g Sea Salt
 5 g Spice, Black Pepper Crushed

Mince the tomatoes (discard seeds) and grate the cheeses.

In a bowl, beat 6 eggs then add the flour mix until well incorporated. Add grated cheese, washed spicah leaves and minced tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.

Transfer into a baking dish and bake for 175 Deg C for 25 mins using the Breville Smart Oven Pro.

Once baked, garnish it with chopped fresh parsley.
