
Before starting, make sure to wash the salmon fillet thoroughly.
Marinate it with minced garlic, salt, pepper, dried thyme, calamansi juice and olive oil. Chill for 1 hour.
Chop the veggies in cubes. Line the veggies in the baking pan then season with salt, pepper, dried thyme and olive oil.
Preheat the Breville Smart Oven to 200 deg C. Put the salmon fillet in the baking pan together with the veggies.
Roast for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
