 2 Serving Espresso Shot
 1 tbsp unsalted butter (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil

Using the Breville espresso machine, extract 2 shots of espresso and place it into the blender jug.

Add butter and extra virgin coconut oil into the blender. Press blend until well combined.

Transfer the bulletproof coffee into a glass and serve.

Bulletproof coffee combines coffee, made from high quality beans, with unsalted butter and a medium chain triglyceride (MCT), such as that derived from coconut oil. The ingredients are blended together, served warm and resemble a creamy latte.
