 400 g Beef, Ground
 1 piece Bell pepper, red
 1 piece White Onion
 3 piece Garlic clove
 80 g Vegetable, Spinach Bagged
 30 g Spice, Spanish Paprika
 5 g Cumin powder
 20 g Sea Salt
 10 g Spice, Black Pepper Crushed
 4 piece Dairy, Fresh Egg
 30 g Banana Ketchup
 15 ml Condiments, Worcestershire sauce
 15 ml Groceries, Honey
 30 g Groceries, Breadcrumbs (Breading)

In pot filled with water boil 2 eggs for 10 mins, once cooked set aside.

In a bowl, combine ground beef, minced onions, garlic, red bell pepper, chopped spinach leaves, paprika, cumin, bread crumbs, 2 eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well until well incorporated.

Brush oil into the baking dish (9"x 3"). Pre-heat breville Smart Oven pro to 175 Deg C.

Spread half the meat mixture out on a baking sheet. then place the peeled hard boiled eggs.

Cover each egg with half the remaining meat mixture.

In a bowl, combine ketchup, honey and worcestershire sauce add a pinch of salt and pepper and mix well.

Brush the top of the meatloaf with the sauce mixture and bake for 1 hr under 175 Deg C.

Once cooked, slice into desired thickness and best served with freshly brewed coffee.
