These pocket pies are incredibly yummy and perfect for summer getaways. Make them ahead of time to pack for parties or picnics or enjoy them warm and fresh out of the oven.

 250 g Cream Cheese
 100 g Pastry, Powdered Sugar
 1 piece Egg yolk
 1.25 cup blueberry filling

Preheat the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer at 180 Deg C.

Using a Breville mixer using paddle attachment, place the cream cheese and mix until the cream cheese is smooth. Add the egg yolk to the mix. Add the sugar and mix.

One by one cut the edge of the bread. Using the rolling pin flatten the bread.

Place the cream cheese and blueberry filling on the middle of the lock using a fork.

Place the pie in the egg then in bread crumbs.

Air fry for 15 mins or until golden brown.
