For the Baked Saba
 8 piece Banana ( saba )
 64 g Coconut Sugar
 10 g Spice, Cinnamon Powder
 2 tbsp Olive oil
For Quick Quencher Juice
 0.5 piece Pineapple
 1 piece Cucumber
 1 piece Cucumber
 1 piece Chayote

For Baked Saba: Brush saba wedges with olive oil and sprinkle mixture of sugar-cinnamon.

Using the Breville oven, bake at 175 degrees C. for 20 minutes or until cooked.

For the Quick Quencher Juice: wash all the ingredients well. Remove the skin of pineapple & and squash then cut into quarter.

Process all the ingredients using the Breville juicer.

Pour into glasses and serve with baked saba wedges.
