 250 g White King Bibingka Mix
 1 piece Eggs, raw
 1 cup Fresh Coconut milk
 1 piece salted egg
 30 g Coconut Meat
 30 g Cheese grated
 30 g Margarine

Prepare the mis en place by grating the cheese and slicing the red egg into strips.

Using the Breville Bakery Boss stand mixer, combine all of the ingredients until well incorporated.

Brush the bibingka mold with melted margarine and place fresh banana leaf at the bottom. Transfer the bibingka mix into the mold.

Pre-heat the Breville Oven to 175 Deg C. Once pre-heated place the bibingka molds into the oven. Bake for 15 mins.

Once baked, garnish with grated cheese and coconut then serve hot. Enjoy.
