Affogato is a combination of espresso poured over on top of the ice cream dessert. Try it yourself with Avocado ice cream topped with chocolate chips while making fun at home!

For the avocado ice cream: Make the avocado ice cream by combining avocado meat, condensed milk, calamansi juice, and heavy cream using the Breville blender. Process until smooth.
Place this mixture into the already prepared loaf pan, smooth the surface, and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze your avocado ice cream mixture for at least 4 hours.
For the Affogato Extract 1 shot of espresso using the Breville Espresso machine.
In a glass add 2 tbsp of avocado ice cream, add 1 shot espresso and garnish with semi-sweet chocolate chips. Serve!
