For the Tartar Sauce
 0.5 cup mayonnaise
 Onion, red
 20 g Pickled cucumber
 1 tsp capers
 15 g Parsley
 1 tbsp Calamansi juice
 15 g Mustard, Dijon
 1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
 Sea Salt
 Black Pepper Crushed
For the Fish Fillet
 500 g Whitefish, fillet
 2 piece Eggs, raw
 1 cup breadcrumbs
 1 cup seasoned flour
For the coleslaw
 1 piece Carrots (local)
 1 piece White Onion
 200 g Red cabbage
 10 g Spring onion
 3 tbsp Olive oil
 Mustard, Grainy/Old Style Mustard

For the Tartar Sauce: Put the red onions, pickled cucumber, caper berries & calamansi juice into the Breville Fresh & Furious blender and process using the Mix function.

Once done, add the mustard, mayonnaise, tabasco sauce, salt & pepper, and process again to puree the sauce.

For the Fish Fillet: Finely slice carrots, white onion, spring onions, and red cabbage. Place in a bowl. season with salt & pepper.

Pour some olive oil and mix in the mustard. Set aside.

For the Coleslaw: Coat the fish fillet with seasoned flour, egg, and bread crumbs.

Air fry the fish fillet using the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer.

Plate the coleslaw, air-fried fish fillet, and tartar sauce nicely. Garnish with pickled cucumber and parsley then serve. Enjoy!
