
For the Tartar Sauce: Put the red onions, pickled cucumber, caper berries & calamansi juice into the Breville Fresh & Furious blender and process using the Mix function.
Once done, add the mustard, mayonnaise, tabasco sauce, salt & pepper, and process again to puree the sauce.
For the Fish Fillet: Finely slice carrots, white onion, spring onions, and red cabbage. Place in a bowl. season with salt & pepper.
Pour some olive oil and mix in the mustard. Set aside.
For the Coleslaw: Coat the fish fillet with seasoned flour, egg, and bread crumbs.
