 2 piece Egg yolk
 15 g Mustard, Dijon
 1 tbsp Apple Cider vinegar
 1 cup Olive oil
 0.3 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
 0.3 tsp Sea Salt

Using the Breville Blender combine egg yolks, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard and process. While processing, gradually add the olive oil, salt and pepper until emulsified.

Transfer into sealed mason jar and chill until ready to use.

*Shell life: 3-4 days in the refrigerator
