Bring back childhood memories, but with a twist, with coffee ice scramble.

 2 Serving Espresso Shot
 2 cup Ice cubes
 1 cup powdered milk
 0.5 cup Sugar, refined
 4 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
 2 piece chocolate stick wafer
 1 tsp banana extract
 0.5 tsp red food coloring
 marshmallows (optional)

Using the Breville Espresso Machine, extract 2 shots of espresso and set them aside.

Using the Breville Blender combine, 2 cups of ice, 1 cup of powdered milk, half cup of sugar, banana extract, red food coloring, and process until thick and smooth.

Transfer the ice scramble into glasses. Then pour 1 shot of espresso into each glass.

Drizzle chocolate syrup and remaining milk powder on top of the ice scramble and garnish it with a chocolate wafer stick. Enjoy! (Add marshmallows if desired)
