 200 g beef chuck, ground
 200 g beef brisket, ground
 1 piece red onions, minced
 2 piece garlic clove, minced
 1 tsp Oregano, dried
 1 tsp Paprika, ground
 1 tbsp Sea Salt
 1 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
 1 tbsp Soy sauce
 1 piece Eggs, raw
For the toppings
 1 piece Ripe Tomato
 1 piece red onion, thinly sliced
 50 g Green Leaf Lettuce
 2 piece burger buns (store bought)
 2 piece sharp cheddar cheese, american
 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 30 g Butter, unsalted
For the Espresso BBQ Sauce
 1 Serving Espresso Shot
 0.25 cup Tomato Ketchup
 1 tbsp Apple Cider vinegar
 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
 0.25 cup Brown Sugar
 0.25 cup Water
 1 tsp Soy sauce
 1 tsp garlic powder
 0.3 tsp Sea Salt
 0.3 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
Air Fried french fries
 2 piece Potatoes
 1 tsp Paprika, ground
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 1 tsp Sea Salt
 0.5 tsp Black Pepper Crushed

Start by making the espresso bbq sauce: Extract 1 shot of espresso using the Breville Espresso Machine.

In a sauce pan, combine ketchup, water, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Simmer for in lowfire for 10 mins. Once cooked add the espresso shot and mix until well incorporated. Set aside and cool in a room temperature.

For the burger patties: In large bowl combine ground beef chuck and beef brisket, salt, pepper, soysauce, minced garlic, onion, ground oregano and egg.

Using an large ice cream scoop, scoop in the meat mixture and form it into a patty.

In a hot skillet with oil, pan fry the beef patties for 3 mins on each side. Once you flip the patty to cook the other side add the cheese on top.

For the Air Fried French Fries: Peel potatoes and cut it into 3/8 inch baton and submerge it into a bowl of cold water.

Drain excess water and pat dry the potatoes using a kitchen towel.

In a bowl, mix paprika, olive oil, salt, pepper and cut poatotatoes. Make sure to evenly coat the potatoes.

Pre-heat Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer (Air Fryer setting) to 200 Deg C for 10 mins. Once pre-heated, transfer the potatoes into the fry basket and air it to 200 Deg C for 15 mins. Once cooked set aside to cool.

To assemble: Spread butter into the buns and gently toast it in a 175°C Breville oven until buns are warmed through and lightly crispy, about 5 minutes. To keep the buns from getting too crunchy or hard after toasting, place them in a nice basket with a towel over them or wrap them in tinfoil; you can toast 30 minutes to an hour ahead of time.

Spread the mayonnaise into the burger buns, and assemble the lettuce, burger patties and brush the espresso bbq saucece into the patties.

Finish it off with thinly sliced red onions and sliced tomatoes. Serve and enjoy!.
