 3 piece Bangus Fillet
 1 tbsp Sea Salt
 4 piece Eggs, raw
 1 piece red onions, minced
 3 piece Ripe Tomato
 3 piece garlic clove, minced
 3 tbsp vegetable oil
 1 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
 1 cup Brewed Coffee

Once cooked, debone and flake the grilled bangus. Using the Breville multi-cooker, saute garlic, onions and tomatoes with the oil.

After a minute or two, add the grilled bangus flakes into the pot. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and add a pinch of salt. Pour eggs in a frying pan and let it set in low fire. Pour the sauteed ingredients onto one side of the set eggs then fold over the other half to form an omelette.

Serve immediately with garlic fried rice and freshly brewed coffee.
