 6 tbsp Ground Coffee, coarse
 400 ml Water
 1 cup full cream milk
 2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
 4 tbsp Whipped cream, UHT
 4 tbsp Brown Sugar
 1 cup Ice cubes

Using the Breville Precision Brewer, fill the tank with 400 ml water.

Remove the basket, add paper filter and 6 scoops of ground coarse coffee.

Navigate the Over Ice setting and press start. Once this is complete, a countdown timer will display on the LCD indicating the brewing is finished.

Transfer the coffee to cups, add brown sugar and milk, mix until well combined.

Add ice cubes then top it with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Serve.
