 4 piece Oreo Cookies
 1 Serving Espresso Shot
 0.25 cup UHT full cream milk
 10 g Sugar, granulated
 2 tbsp Whipped cream, UHT
 0.5 cup Ice cubes

Extract 1 shot of espresso using the Breville Barista Express. Then rough chop the 2 pcs oreo cookies and set aside.

Combine 1 shot of espresso, ice cubes, 2 pcs oreo cookies, milk and sugar in Breville Kinetix Pro blender. Activate the "Smoohtie" function.

Pour the mixture to a glass, garnish it with whipped cream and remainining chopped oreo cookies. Enjoy!
