 300 g Siling labuyo
 6 piece Garlic clove
 1 piece Red Onions
 0.25 cup Vinegar, white
 50 g Dry Goods, Brown Sugar
 5 g Sea Salt
 2 cup Water
 10 g Tomato paste

Combine the peppers, garlic,red onions, 2 cups of water, 2 teaspoons of sea salt, white vinegar, and brown sugar in a medium pan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the peppers and garlic have softened.

Pour mixture into Breville Kinetix Pro blender and blend until very smooth and thickens (4 mins).

Transfer mixture to a bottle or squeeze bottle and store in the fridge with lid for 2-3 weeks.
