 250 g Flour, All Purpose
 20 g Groceries, baking powder
 ½ tsp Sea Salt
 8 g refined, sugar
 1.50 cups full cream milk
 2 pcs Eggs, raw
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 15 ml Oil, Cannola
 ¼ cup Chocolate sauce
 1 pc Banana, Large

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk and vanilla extract, egg, and oil; mix until smooth.

Mash 1 piece riped banana and combine it to the mixture.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides, slice the remaining banana into thin slices and top it into the pancake. Finish it off with a drizzle of store bought chocolate sauce.

Using Breville Barista Express, Extract 1 shot of espresso then transfer into the cup. pour down hot water into the cup. Serve with banana pancakes.
