 200 g Elbow Macaroni
 50 g Quickmelt Cheese
 50 g Processed Cheese
 1 ½ cups Full cream milk
 10 g Bread crumbs
 10 g Sea Salt
 1 tbsp Dairy, Unsalted Butter
 1 tbsp Flour, All Purpose
 100 g Cheese, Cheddar Block

Cook commercial elbow macaroni for 8-10 mins (refer to package instructions).

Make the Mornay Sauce:

In a separate pan, melt butter then add flour. Mix and cook for 1 min. Add the milk then mix until well incorporated for about 4 mins.(Lowfire)

Add the grated cheddar and processed cheese to the pan, combine well with the milk and flour mixture (bechamel) cook until sauce is smooth and no lumps (5 mins).
Season with salt.

Add the cooked macaroni to the mornay (cheese) sauce, mix until everything is coated.

Transfer mac and cheese into a casserole pan and sprinkle with grated quickmelt cheese and breadcrumbs on top.

Bake it using the a pre-heated Breville Smart Oven pro 175 Deg C for 10 mins.

Serve Hot!
