 500 g chicken chunks, boneless
 250 g shrimps
 ¼ cup gizzard
 2 tbsp garlic
 1 pc. large white onion
 1 cup green peas
 2 tbsp raisins
 4 cups shrimp stock, or chicken stock
 3 cups glutinous rice
 1 tbsp turmeric powder
 2 pc. hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced

Set the Multichef to "Saute/Sear" function, add oil and sweat off onions until transluscent. Add garlic,gizzard, chicken and shrimps and cook for another
5 minutes.

Add the turmeric powder and rice grains, sweat off for 2 minutes.

Pour in the stock, stir. Set the Multichef to Risotto function. Add in the peas and raisins when the rice is almost done.

Plate with hard-boiled eggs and dig in.
