For the marinade:
 200 g Can of Pork and beans
 200 g Quickmelt cheese (grated)
 350 g pack White Bread loaf
 ¼ tsp cumin powder
 ¼ tsp cayenne powder
 1 tbsp canola oil
 ¼ cup room temp butter
 ¾ cup julienned, red bell pepper, deseeded

To make the pork and bean filling:

Using the Breville Multichef activate the “Sear/Saute” function add oil and porkbeans. Simmer for 1 min.

Then add cumin powder, cayenne pepper and sliced red bell pepper to spice up the bean. Stir gently and set asside.

Allow the Breville Jaffle Maker to preheat (with the lid closed) until the Green light  ‘Ready’ illuminates. During this time fill the bread with the pork and beans and sprinkle with grated cheese then brush it with melted butter side up.

Place the stuffed bread and let it cook for  3 mins. Green light indicates that the jaffle is ready to serve.
