For the Dressing:
 2 Mango, cheeks
 ½ pc Lime , juiced
 ½ Orange, juiced
 2 tbsp Honey
 ¼ tsp Cumin
 1 tbsp Cilantro
 60 ml Olive oil
 1 pc Chili, minced
For The Wrap:
 Mango dressing
 6 Tortilla Wrapper
 300 g Lettuce, romaine
 200 g Cabbage
 1 Carrots
 1 pc. Large Cucumber
 2 pcs. Jicama
 ½ tsp Sesame seeds, Toasted

Wash all the ingredients well.

Prepare the Froojie® Fountain™ Juicer.

Process mango through juicer using the Froojie Disc (Puree Extractor).

Remove Froojie Disc (Puree Extractor).

Replace with Nutri Disc (Juice Extractor) and process the orange and lime.

Incorporate the other ingredients and chill.

Assemble the wrap: Place all your vegetables in your wrap and drizzle the dressing.

Fold the wrap and place it in the Breville BBQ Grill and let it cook until your wrap is sealed.

Serve as desired.
