 500 g Chicken Fillet
 1 pc Onion, chopped
 1 head Garlic, minced
 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
 1 cup Brocolli, blanched
 1 cup Rice
 4 l Broth, chicken or vegetable
 ½ cup Parmesan cheese
 ½ cup Cream
 2 tbsp oil
 6 Salt & Pepper to taste

Set the Breville Multichef™ to its sear/sauté function.

Place the oil and sauté the onion and garlic.

Add the chicken and lighly cook it off.

Add the rice and let it crack.

Once the rice has been well covered by oil, add the stock.

Season with Salt & pepper.

Halfway through the cooking process, add the mushrooms and broccoli.

Cover and let it cook completely.

Add the parmesan and season with salt & pepper.

Finish it off by adding cream.

Serve as desired.
