 3 pieces Potato
 5 g Black Pepper Crushed
 5 g Garlic Powder
 4 tbsp salted egg paste
 30 ml Vegetable Oil

Wash and slice the potatoes into sticks. Then soak the potatoes for ~15 minutes in cold water, and rinse to remove the starch.

Dry the potatoes with kitchen towel.

Set the air fryer oven to 425 F at 20 mins and lay the potatoes in a single layer on the fryer basket.

Spray them evenly with Oil and Airfry for 20-30 minutes.

To serve:
Transfer the fries to a bowl, season with pepper, garlic powder, and 2 tsp. Of salted egg paste. Toss to coat.

Transfer the fries to a serving dish, and drizzle with more salted egg paste and serve!
